Hi from Boston, i started with Mavic 2 and I am using the flip now, i alternate between the 2, but living in the city is a pain for flying the drone, live near Logan so have to be careful.

I've flown it out over ocean, no issues just keep a eye on wind factors, RTH goes wonky with high winds so be prepared to fly it manually back if it gets rocky

Well as someone who bought it have to disagree. Camera is great flies well can get about 3 miles out and back on a battery charge. Can use with no controller. Only downside is if it's really windy it's a little bouncy. Bit handles light wind fine. As a Mavic 2 owner I was happy with this...

I am a new flip user. I have the Mavic 2 also. I just found out about something I never experienced before. When flying my flip I ran into higher than normal winds I was only up about 160 feet but what I didn't know is RTH doesn't work when wind is high. I will have to be more careful in that...
