DJI Flip gimbal has no power

I accidentally dropped my new dji flip after only a couple flights and after that the gimbal seems to not have any power at all.
The camera still records just fine. But I can’t move the gimbal at all and it does not move at all when I turn the drone on.
I was thinking maybe one of the power ribbons may have been damaged?

Is there any evident physical damage? If not, have you tried a gimbal calibration?

If you are not located in the US and have Care Refresh you could send it in for an evaluation if other troubleshooting doesn’t work.
