Is GPS better on the Flip?

One of the problems with the NEO is that it seems to have a low quality GPS module which results in it taking a long time to acquire enough satellites and sometimes loss of GPS signal even in wide open spaces. It will be interesting to see whether the GPS on the Flip is more solid like it is on the Mini 3 Pro and Mini 4.

That is something I will compare when my Flip is delivered. I also have the Neo and notice the fluctuations with the satellite signals.
