Prop guards may be replaceable, not as easy as the neo snap-on, but maybe not necessary to send it in. Check the seams an screws:

Congrats! Mine should arrive today, but winds are around 20 mph (32 kph) as temperatures plummet, so probably no flying for me today.

I wonder if the Flip will have the same problems as the NEO in cold weather - IMU errors below temps of -10C since it also has exposed batteries.

Got mine delivered just before 7 pm local time. I wasn't sure how the Customs game would go being I'm in the U.S., but it was smooth sailing.
